01. If you have made a mistake in the order and would like a full refund, it is possible within the first 24 hours of your order. No refunds will be permitted after 24 hours.

01. Products that aren't labelled as pre-order will be fulfilled within 1-2 weeks.

USA 5-7 business days
International USPS First class International: approximately 3-5 weeks

CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITIES
01. Customer are responsible to ensure that their order has the correct shipping address. If any mistakes cause your parcel to be returned as a result of customer error, then it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for reshipment.
02. If an order is damaged or is missing an item, it is the customer's duty to contact us in a timely manner with adequate proof of damages. If you do not reach out within 15 days of order delivery, we will not be able to accommodate.
Misplaced or Lost Orders
01. Unfortunately we have no control over any parcels once they have been handed off to the post office, therefore we cannot offer to replace nor refund your order in these events.
